Warren G Harding
About Warren G Harding
The twenty ninth President whose administration was one of the most corrupt in history. Harding died suddenly in 1923 before the full extent of the Teapot Dome scandal and other corruption was revealed. Harding was a newspaper publisher who looked presidential and won in a landslide. He was popular in his time but is now ranked among the worst presidents. Harding had multiple extramarital affairs, including one that produced a child confirmed by DNA testing in 2015. His presidency is a cautionary tale about electing leaders based on appearance rather than substance.
